Rüya puts his passion at the service of culinary creations displaying a wide variety of meats, seafood, herbs and vegetables. All dishes are seasonal. We work closely with a small network of farmers and suppliers to ensure the freshest ingredients only. Our herbs and spices are carefully selected to give rise to the best expression of Anatolian flavors.
