Created by renowned restaurant-owner Umut Özkanca, Rüya –”dream”– in Turkish, offers a sophisticated and contemporary cuisine inspired by the Anatolian Peninsula’s colorful history, from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea. Guests will enjoy our menu made up of a range of Anatolian classics, revisited with a modern and fresh twist, all imbued with the Turkish conviviality and sharing spirit.
Rüya puts his passion at the service of culinary creations displaying a wide variety of meats, seafood, herbs and vegetables. All dishes are seasonal. We work closely with a small network of farmers and suppliers to ensure the freshest ingredients only. Our herbs and spices are carefully selected to give rise to the best expression of Anatolian flavors.
At the bar, savor a selection of mezes along with traditional Anatolian grapes or let yourself be tempted by our Turkish-inspired cocktails and their flavors of cardamom, rose, pomegranate, honey, spices, citrus and mint.
